CNU+Miami is the local regional group of the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU) of Florida whom is our fiscal fiduciary. CNU members have been instrumental in transformative ideas like Transit Oriented Design, the 5 minute walk, mixed-use urban centers, live-work units, accessory dwelling units, and missing middle housing types being brought back for diversity and human centered design concepts that have transformed current discussions of redevelopment.
