Your gifts to Exodus Family Ministries matter, not just to us, but to our clients:
- a mother with four young children whose family had barely eaten in three days, or the elderly couple facing serious health issues who had their SNAP benefits stolen, leaving them unable to afford food at the store.
- a young woman living on the streets who had been beaten and all her belongings set on fire.
- or the fifth grader who was being bullied because he wore the same two shirts repeatedly and his pants were too short because he had grown over the summer and his family couldn't afford to buy him new clothes.
These are just some of the stories we hear while serving our neighbors.
Your donation makes impactful, life-altering differences in the lives of more than 8,200 people in our community. It powers our ability to carry out our mission of guiding our neighbors in Southwest Louisville out of captivity – whether it be poverty, addiction, lack of education, hunger, or other forms of oppression – by offering support, prayer, and services to address these needs.
It makes the following services possible:
Our goal is not to duplicate existing community programs, but to fill the gaps in Southwest Louisville by bringing the services to our area. Please help us uplift the families in our community by donating today!
If you'd like to learn more about our programs and services, or want to become a volunteer, we invite you to reach out to schedule a tour of our facilities: the Food Pantry is located at 6501 Bethany Lane, the Exodus Community Resource Center and faith services at 2020 Garrs Lane, and our newly opened Lost & Found Thrift Store at 3925 7th Street Road.
