The Haven

Since 1969, The Haven has been empowering individuals across Utah to reclaim their lives from substance use and mental health challenges through compassionate, affordable, and evidence-based treatment. For 57 years, we have remained committed to one core belief: everyone deserves access to recovery, regardless of their financial circumstances.

As one of Utah’s premier nonprofit behavioral health providers, The Haven offers a full continuum of care including residential treatment, outpatient services, peer support, case management, mental health services, and recovery housing. Our holistic approach addresses not only substance use, but also the mental, emotional, and practical barriers that often stand in the way of lasting independence.

We proudly serve individuals experiencing homelessness, justice involvement, poverty, unstable housing, and co-occurring mental health disorders—many of whom have nowhere else to turn. Through grants, partnerships, sponsorships, and our scholarship fund, The Haven ensures that financial hardship is never a barrier to receiving life-changing care.
