Hike and Hit is a community-focused nonprofit organization founded in 2018 and officially established as a 501(c)(3) in 2023. Our mission is to foster community, health, and wellness through programs that integrate physical fitness, mental wellness, and environmental stewardship. We empower individuals, particularly underserved youth, to develop habits that enhance academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Through initiatives like the Hike & Hit Human Wellness Program, we offer guided hikes, fitness activities, mindfulness practices, and social-emotional learning experiences. Collaborating with schools and local organizations, we provide enrichment in team building, environmental education, and nutrition.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Certified Trainers, Educators, a Therapist (AMFT), a Trail Historian, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Chef, and Photographers/Videographers. We promote real-world learning that emphasizes holistic health, leadership skills, and a connection to nature.
