Hospice Care Plus

At Hospice Care Plus, we believe every moment matters. Since
our founding by community volunteers more than 44 years ago, we have provided
compassionate care to families in Madison, Estill, Jackson, Lee, Owsley, and
Rockcastle counties.

Our mission is to ensure that no one faces serious illness
or loss alone. We offer home hospice care, inpatient hospice care at our Compassionate
Care Center located in Richmond, KY for patients and families, even those who
may be underinsured. We also provide grief & loss support to families and
the community who have experienced loss.  Beyond expert medical care, our team provides
emotional, spiritual, and practical support that brings comfort and dignity to
patients and peace of mind to families.

Each year, hundreds of families turn to us during some of
life’s most difficult times. One family recently shared, “The hospice team
cared for my mother as if she were their own. They gave us strength and guided
us through every step.”
