Mental illness can be isolating. Whether someone is living with a mental health condition, supporting a loved one, or searching for answers, the journey can feel overwhelming and lonely.

At NAMI Southwest Washington, we make sure no one has to face it alone.

Serving Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties, NAMI SW WA provides free mental health support, education, advocacy, and resources to individuals and families throughout our community. Every support group, every class, every presentation, and every conversation is designed to help people find connection, hope, and the support they deserve.

In 2025 alone, NAMI Southwest Washington:

• Reached 7,361 people across Southwest Washington

• Offered 322 support groups and educational classes

• Delivered 58 community presentations

• Achieved a 95% support group satisfaction rating

• Helped 9 out of 10 students feel more comfortable talking about mental health after participating in Ending the Silence

All of our programs are offered at no cost because we believe financial barriers should never prevent someone from getting the support they need.
