The NOAH Center

Northwest Organization for Animal Help (The NOAH Center) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless dogs and cats. We are committed to family-friendly pet adoptions, humane education, volunteer programs, and high-quality spay and neuter programs available for low-income residents, through our Spay & Neuter Clinic.

• TRANSFER & PARTNERSHIP
In partnership with over 100 shelters and organizations across Washington state and beyond, more than 50,000 dogs and cats have received the second chance they deserved through a transfer to The NOAH Center for adoption.

• PET Adoption

Our family-friendly adoption program and one-on-one matchmaking process has allowed us to match more than 50,000 dogs and cats with their forever homes.

• Low-Cost Spay/Neuter

We are tackling pet overpopulation at the source through our high-volume, high-quality on-site Spay & Neuter Clinic, where we have performed more than 150,000 surgeries for low-income members of our community.

• Neonatal Foster Care

Our devoted and hardworking foster families have provided a loving and safe environment for more than 15,000 underage puppies, kittens and special needs animals since instituting our Foster Program in 2010.
