VISION 2030: OpenedEyes' Capital Campaign

VISION 2030 is OpenedEyes' comprehensive capital campaign and community transformation initiative designed to build a healthier, more connected, and more resilient future for Erie.

VISION 2030 is a long-term investment in prevention, emotional wellness, leadership development, youth empowerment, and community resiliency. The campaign serves as the unifying framework for the OpenedEyes ecosystem, bringing together innovative programs, strategic partnerships, wellness initiatives, technology solutions, and community engagement efforts.

OpenedEyes seeks to address some of the most pressing challenges facing our communities today, including mental health concerns, social emotional wellness, workforce burnout, youth disconnection, and barriers to accessing support services. Through prevention-focused programming and collaborative partnerships with Erie businesses and organizations, OpenedEyes is working to create sustainable systems that strengthen individuals, families, organizations, and communities before challenges escalate into crises.

VISION 2030 is built upon three strategic pillars:

Well Schools, Youth & Families – Expanding access to prevention, emotional wellness resources, resiliency education, leadership development, and supportive services for youth and families.

Well Workplaces & Organizations – Helping employers create healthier workplace cultures through leadership development, employee wellness initiatives, mental health supports, and organizational resiliency strategies.

Well Communities – Strengthening community connectedness, public wellness awareness, prevention infrastructure, and collaborative partnerships that improve quality of life across the region.

By 2030, OpenedEyes aims to establish a scalable model for community wellness that can be replicated beyond Erie, positioning our region as a leader in prevention, resiliency, and innovative approaches to mental and emotional well-being.
