At Project Disco Ball, our mission is to bring joy to cancer patients through the magic of disco balls and festive decorations during the holiday season at the Miami Cancer Institute, brightening their treatment experience.

As breast cancer survivors, we know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating it can be to spend hours in an infusion room. We felt the need to transform that environment, turning it from the saddest, most frightening place into a space filled with light, laughter, and hope.

Our journey began when we started bringing disco balls to our weekly treatments. The immediate, uplifting effect on our spirits, and the positive impact it had on those around us was profound. And so, Project Disco Ball was born.

Our goal is to create moments of joy for those facing the challenges of cancer treatment by decorating infusion rooms with disco balls and holiday decor. We also provide gift bags filled with chemo comfort essentials to help brighten each patient’s day during their infusion.

This year, we’re excited to expand and decorate more hospitals and cancer centers throughout South Florida for the holidays, and we need your support to make it happen. Together, let’s bring light, joy, and a touch of sparkle to those who need it most.
