• 12,000+ pounds of fresh produce distributed through Farm Rx and Black Roots Farm partnerships—reducing hypertension, increasing healthy eating, and restoring ancestral foodways.
• Statewide expansion of the BBSI Train-the-Trainer (TOT) model in partnership with Kentucky’s Regional Prevention Centers—training barbers, stylists, and community leaders as frontline health navigators.
• Trusted community spaces activated across 70+ counties to deliver mental health support, tobacco cessation, gambling prevention, and chronic disease awareness.
• 400+ youth engaged in leadership, literacy, public health advocacy, and summer institute programming.
• Justice Served healing circles supported by KY SIX and One Lexington, helping youth impacted by violence rebuild resilience and belonging.
• Launch of The Ricochet Squad: Youth Public Health Leadership Academy and B-WOW! Literacy & Leadership Institute, preparing young leaders to advocate for change.
• The Urban Art Collective hosted more than 40 gallery exhibitions, youth art camps, cultural residencies, and healing-focused arts events.
• Hairitage Art Project and World Art Camp elevated youth voices, identity, and cultural pride.

• Statewide visibility for Bet On You! Reclaim Your Power, a culturally relevant gambling prevention and financial wellness campaign that reaches youth, adults, veterans, and minority communities.
• Tobacco prevention partnerships through STOP THE VAPE! and EMPOWER, equipping youth with advocacy skills and science-based tools to fight Big Tobacco.
• Culturally trusted, evidence-based CHW training, harm reduction strategies, and community navigation, delivered where people live, work, and gather.
