Syrian Orphans Organization

The Syrian Orphans Organization was formed with the intention to make lasting positive changes in the lives of disadvantaged Syrian orphans.  In light of the devastating atrocities being committed in Syria, the SOO finds itself responding to a more urgent call to action. The SOO is focused on providing displaced Syrian orphans, women and children with basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, and medical care.  Given the circumstances, SOO has expanded its scope to include the elderly as well.

Our primary focus has always been and remains the orphans and children of this conflict. After initially starting with an orphan sponsorship program, we have expanded to include several programs that benefit Syrian orphans, women, children and internally displaced persons.

The Syrian Orphans Organization is comprised of professional volunteers donating their time and efforts to the cause. The Syrian Orphans Organization is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity, and has worked diligently to establish proper protocols and standards of operation, and maintain professionalism and transparency in its activities.
