Alamo City Arts: Transforming Lives Through the Arts

Alamo City Arts is San Antonio’s largest multidisciplinary arts nonprofit, dedicated to inclusive education in dance, theater, and music. Our mission is simple but powerful: to make the arts accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds while cultivating a lifelong appreciation of creativity.

Through eight branches—Alamo City Arts Academy, Alamo City Ballet Folklorico, Alamo City Dance Company, Alamo City Mariachi Academy, Alamo City Stage Company, Alamo City Symphony Viva, Heart of Texas Concert Band, and Memory Lane Dance Band—we provide professional training, present high-quality performances, and share the transformative power of the arts with more than 70,000 people annually.
