Artists For Humanity harnesses the power of mentorship and paid professional experiences to inspire teens to build their future.

Harnessing the power of over three decades of AFH’s mission and business model founded in Boston, AFH has opened a studio in NYC and is now open for business! Nestled in Bushwick, a neighborhood full of artists and artist spaces, and covered in murals, AFH has found a center and community that reflects our mission and creative work.

Powered by enterprising teens working in collaboration with professional art and design mentors, AFH NYC offers businesses and individuals a diverse array of creative services. From captivating fine art to digital media, our studio creates compelling solutions to meet each partner's needs and unique vision.

AFH NYC launched in July 2023 with a group of 20 teens from low-income communities, to provide paid creative employment and mentorship. Since then, we’ve worked with commissioned projects for clients like Liberty Mutual, Boston Consulting Group, and Citizens Bank.

But we need your help to keep the momentum going. With a budget of $410K for our first year in NYC, we have $81,000 left to raise to maintain full enrollment of 20 teens to close out the year and bring year two of our growth plan to fruition. We believe that with your support, we can promote creative enterprise, youth empowerment, and pathways to career success for creative young people. • $250 - provides teen transportation to client site visits




• $100 - supports a day of wages for two teens
