This year, for The Big Give, we’re setting out on a heartfelt mission: to raise $15,000 to purchase 600 FreeStyle Libre 3 diabetic sensors for the patients of our Guadalupe Clinic — individuals who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured.

Many of our patients are courageously managing diabetes without the most basic tools needed to monitor their health. Without consistent access to glucose monitoring, every day can feel like a step into the unknown — a dangerous guessing game with serious consequences.

The FreeStyle Libre 3 is more than just a device — it’s freedom, peace of mind, and a path to better health. This cutting-edge continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system includes the latest FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor and an easy-to-use app. With a painless application to the back of the arm, the sensor streams real-time glucose readings straight to a smartphone — empowering our patients to understand and manage their health with confidence and dignity.

Who We Are

Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation (GRMF) exists to help ensure Guadalupe Regional Medical Center (GRMC) is able to continue offering caring, technological and medical advancements, and provide benevolent services for the citizens of Seguin and surrounding communities. In the coming year, GRMF has big plans to grow its reach and relevance even further.

Breast care and early cancer detection saves lives and is vital to every wife, mother, daughter, aunt, and sister in your family. GRMF has initiated a fundraising campaign to raise $500,000 to fund the GRMC Women's Imaging Center. The GRMC Women’s Imaging Center will be a private, beautifully appointed center adjacent to the Imaging Department. It will feature individual exam rooms furnished with the latest in Siemen’s healthcare technology, including two Revelation 3-D mammography units, which will allow one of our highly skilled radiologists to perform minimally invasive stereotactic biopsies. Also, a 3-D volumetric breast ultrasound machine will complement the full scope of services.

​With this one-stop center, a woman will be able to obtain a high definition screening mammogram, a more comprehensive diagnostic mammogram, further evaluation with breast ultrasound, and, if needed, a biopsy. Also, specialized MRI and Nuclear Medicine diagnostics are available for specific breast care studies. Bone density evaluation is included within the center’s scope, as well as a new consultation and education room.
