Justin's Place

Justin's Place, in Wilmore, Kentucky, was founded in honor of a young man, Justin King, who lost his life in a car wreck. His generous family chose to create joy for other children from the pain of losing their own. Inspired by Justin's love for children, our staff and volunteers aim to bring peace, joy, and empowerment to children with disabilities through equine assisted services. Each participant has a personalized plan during their weekly sessions that can include activities in our sensory petting zoo, learning games, and therapeutic riding lessons. Our 100 acre farm, herd of farm animals, 14 staff, and 40+ volunteers provide services to the top of our industry standard as established by PATH Intl. We are happy to have created a positive impact on Central Kentucky since 2020 and currently serve families in 9 different counties.
