I am so passionate and committed to supporting efforts by Monroe Smart Start, the Community Foundation and other key community partners to expand quality early childhood education for all 4 year olds in our community regardless of the financial circumstances they were born into. I can’t think of a more important effort to help break entrenched cycles of poverty for people in our community.
About the Thrive by Five Campaign:
Funding will be used to increase access to high-quality education for at-risk children and low-income families, improve quality of programs, cultivate family engagement and community partnerships, develop training opportunities for educators, and provide required community matching funds for On My Way Pre-K students.
