Senior Pup in Need of Major TLC

Precious was surrendered to a vet after it became apparent that her elderly owner could no longer care for her. She was severely matted and incredibly itchy. The vet gave her a quick shave to give her some quick relief, but this 7 year old shih tzu needs a place to go. Her owners meant well, but they just couldn't keep up with the needs of an older pup. We want to give Precious the care she needs - both medical and emotional. But we need your support to cover those costs. Any help is appreciated!
