Tulip is a beautiful 3-year-old Redbone Coonhound mix who was surrendered to one of our partner shelters in rural Virginia. After losing her home, she is facing an uncertain future while waiting for a second chance.
At just three years old, Tulip has so much life and love to give. She deserves the opportunity to leave the uncertainty of shelter life behind and a chance to find the stability of a safe, loving home.
