Kimberly’s family includes her 4 children–all of whom have been heavily involved with EPIC in different capacities since joining. Their involvement varies from hands-on activities to structured learning approaches. In Kimberly’s home, learning isn’t just limited to kids–it’s a full family event.

That’s what’s so wonderful about EPIC: it creates a space for everyone to learn and be involved. From parents to teens to toddlers, there are meaningful opportunities available to everyone.

EPIC acts as a hub for parents and students to find exciting programs that align with their passions. Through EPIC Kimberly found a 13-day summer program at Kennesaw State University where one of her children is now learning history in a college environment. 

EPIC Diaper Drive

Through programs like the IEW Writing Curriculum, Outschool courses, and Robotics, Kim’s children have gained tangible skills from coding and digital art to public speaking and poetry writing. Her youngest even started to learn about geography. But more than just academics, EPIC has given her children confidence and love for learning.
