For 13 years, our dedicated volunteers have kept the engine running in our programs. With just part-time paid staff, LVGR's volunteers are the heart of everything we do, and we could not carry out our mission to provide empowerment opportunities to girls and women + trans and nonbinary folks without their dedication.
Each year at our youth camp, up to 30 volunteers give a week of their time to support our campers. They work long hours, they mentor, they calm nervous energy, they keep things organized. They are counselors, cheerleaders, and teachers all rolled into one. The very least we can do for them is feed them nutritious meals and tasty snacks that keep their energy high enough to match our 10-17 year olds! But food is expensive these days. And that's where you come in! Take a look below at what your dollars can do to support our volunteers! A little goes a long way, and we promise to share lots of action shots of the seltzer flowing and the happy smiles of volunteers with full bellies.

Get LOUD! Camp is a youth empowerment camp built on music. Campers come to camp, learn to play an instruments, form a band, write a song, and play a show all in one week! And all while attending educational workshops on social justice, community building, and self care! No experience necessary!
