This year I’m paddling with a purpose on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Dragon Boat Regatta for the 4th year in a row to benefit Turning Points for Children, a non-profit agency that has been around for 185 years.
The funds raised will benefit Turning Points for Children programming, including foster care and adoption, in-home case management, programs for homeless young adults, parenting classes, and an emergency food pantry that serves 12,000 food, insecure individuals.
Because the need is so great, this is a creative way for us to raise awareness and funds.
I’m asking 50 people to give just $20. If everyone responds, I will reach my personal goal of $1000.
