What is the Polar Plunge?
Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations and businesses to help ensure WMCA has the resources to continue to respond quickly and effectively to the variety of needs of our low to moderate income population.

Anyone with a little courage, a warm heart and a desire to support a worthy cause is welcome.
Each individual must raise a minimum of $25.00 to participate. Participants can purchase Freezin’ for a Reason T-shirts in advance if they wish. Call us at 1-800-645-9636 for details. It’s a great way to show your support and let everyone know you took the plunge!
Pledge yourself, then collect pledges from family, friends and colleagues to help us reach our $5,000 goal and win prizes.
The first 50 participants to register with $50 in pledges will receive a WMCA baseball cap.
