2016 Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA Raise a Racquet

Join us on April 1st and 2nd, 2016 as we Raise a Racquet for the Y and raise funds to support the Y's work in our community!

Did you know that the our Y will give away over $400,000 in financial assistance, ensuring that more than 2,750 kids will be able to take part in Y camp, early learning and after school child care, programs and membership, regardless of their family's ability to pay. Every kid gets a chance at the Y!

This year over 600 kids will be part of Y summer camp and more than 50 children each day take part in child care thanks to the support of donors to the Y. With support of donors, every kid gets a chance to be part of a great Y program and parents can continue to working knowing their chidlren are safe.

In addition to financial assistance based upon need, our Y provides,

• Free healthy living programs like LiveStrong at the YMCA program for cancer survivors Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery to adults,

• Teen employment training , including job fairs and resume prep, at both Marblehead and Swampscott High Schools at no charge,

• Inclusion Workforce Development, providing job training and internshps to teens and young adults with speical needs,

• And so much more!
