But we need those donations to keep coming in!

How Much Should I give?
EVERY DOLLAR MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN OUR STUDENTS' LIVES!
Our general school budget doesn’t cover the $200 per student needed to support this program - that's over $75,000 a year. Our goal is to raise $45,000 of that cost through our Annual Online Fall Fundraiser.
The more people who give just a little bit, the closer we get to our goal. We receive $1, $5, $25, $100, $500 or even $1,000. You contribute the amount you are able to give and you'll get our heartfelt thank you and a tax receipt as the Wasatch PTA is a 501c3 nonprofit foundation.
Wasatch Elementary's most defining feature is our focus on an arts-integrated curriculum. Dance, music, drama, and the visual arts all play a part in our students' overall learning and academic achievement. The funds raised go to: guest artists, arts supplies, props for drama productions, art specialists' salaries, and arts-based field trips, Family Art Night, Town Meetings (performances), the School Plays AND other educational programs in math, science and reading that we couldn't offer students without the support of these funds.
Years ago we changed the way we fundraise for our school. With Sales-Based fundraising (magazines, cookie dough, wrapping paper) Wasatch only gets 50% or less of the proceeds. We launched an online fundraising campaign and asked as many supporters as we could to join our community and donate online. With straight online fundraising, we keep at least 97%+ of the funds raised!
Art has invaded every corner of our school and we have hundreds of parents, neighbors, aunts, uncles, grandparents, teachers, staff and friends to thank for helping to make it possible.
In each of the past seven years we've met and exceeded our goal from 2,300 donations from people living in over 30 different states across the country.
