Arts Express is a designated beneficiary of El Tour de Tucson. The 2015 El Tour races are scheduled for November 21, 2015. The Cycle 4 the Arts El Tour Team will support the Arts Express arts education scholarship fund for at-risk, economically disadvantaged or special needs students. Research shows that arts education keeps kids in school, enhances academic scores and promotes self-esteem. Eighty-eight percent of the students attending the Arts Express arts education programs need financial assistance to participate.
