Some of our RUNderful 5K finishers over the years!
For the past 4 years, CAA successfully hosted the RUNderful 5K each fall, with the goal of raising $10,000 with each race to support our programs for children, youth, and young adults of ALL ABILITIES. This year, we're taking it up a notch by turning the race into a FIELD DAY!

Join Center for All Abilities (CAA) for our first Field Day in 9 years! CAA's FUNderful Field Day 2024 is an inclusive event, where participants of ALL ABILITIES, can enjoy a day of fun activities that gets everyone moving, working together, and having a great time in a friendly, supportive atmosphere—with exciting prizes to be won!
Participation options (you will be re-directed to an Eventbrite page for registration):
1) In-person Field Day:
Join us as an individual or a team in Chinatown on Saturday, November 23, 12:30-2:30PM.
2) Virtual Field Day Competitions:
Join us for an exciting and active day from the comfort of your own home! Check out the "VIRTUAL GAMES" tab for more info on a Ball and Racket Challenge, Dribbling or Juggling, and a Fitness Circuit!
3) Virtual 5K Race:
Race at your own pace, any place, anytime between November 1 - 30, 2024. Check out the "VIRTUAL RACE" tab for directions on how to record your run.
Participation fees:
- $45 per individual through October 31st, 2024. Sign up early and save!
- $55 per individual from November 1st, 2024 onwards.
- $25 per family for program participants at CAA.
*Fees above do not include ticketing fees charged by Eventbrite.
Participation fees include a limited edition event tee and a chance to win prizes! Participants in the in-person field day will also be served refreshments at the end of the race.
Not participating in the field day? Donations of $55 and more will also receive a T-shirt as a token of our appreciation, while stocks last.
