Hero Throw Down

Challenge yourself to spend 12 hours in the box to support those who live outside the box. This 12-hour fundraiser will feature 12 workouts to challenge your mind and body. All proceeds will be shared with the St. Lucie Sheriff PAL, the Inner Truth Project and Place of Hope.  Each of these organizations work to help at-risk populations live strong, stable and productive lives.
