The Wood County Humane Society is a no-kill shelter funded primarily by donations, memberships and fundraisers like this. WCHS is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Proceeds from this event will help care for homeless and abused animals, and help fund the services we provide to all of Wood County, including cruelty investigation, education, SNIP – spay/neuter initiative projects – which helps Wood County pet parents and free-roaming cat caretakers cover the cost of spay/neuter, and our Safe Pets program, which allows women leaving domestic violence situations to place their pet(s) in the temporary care of WCHS until they’re safe and back on their feet. Thank you for your support!
