New update
Check out the latest leaderboard to see how the competition is heating up!
The contest is still WIDE OPEN for SUP, Kayak Fishing and for Middle Georgia Kayakers. (Seems like folks are sandbagging and waiting to turn in their trip reports at the end! Play fair!)
Also, don't forget that we have added 5 new rivers to the app! Paddle trips on Lazer Creek, Ebenezer Creek, and the Chestatee River count in the Georgia River Guide category!
Join Paddle-a-thon, a paddling competition and peer-to-peer fundraising event that gives paddlers a way to protect their waterways while exploring Georgia's rivers in 2025.
January through October 2025, individuals and teams have the opportunity to compete for grand prizes in categories such as "Most Miles Paddled," "Most Money Raised," and "Most Trash Collected".
The goal: connect more people to Georgia's rivers and raise funds & awareness for Georgia Rivers conservation and recreation projects.

Pro tip: Use the Georgia River Guide app to plan your paddle trips!
