We’re living in an era of a new, dangerous political climate. We know that our Nashers and members of our community will face greater threats of violence and oppression due to gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, immigration status and so many other identity markers. We don’t have the choice to opt out, but we do have the choice to fight back.
And we fight back by coming together, because in the words of 15 year old Virginia, “we give each other the energy to change the world.”
