Raise the Woof

Raise the Woof  is a Virtual Talent Show where participants showcase their talent in an online variety competition to raise money for the hundreds of homeless pets who arrive at North Country Animal League (NCAL) each year. 

This annual fundraiser helps raise vital dollars for NCAL’s Annual Fund, which provides shelter, veterinary care, nutrition, TLC and adoption services for our homeless animals in need until they are ready to find forever homes. Please join us in this life saving work and be an advocate for the animals who depend on us.

JOIN THE SHOW - BECOME A CONTESTANT!

Talent submissions can range from musical performances, dancing, sports, stand up comedy, magic acts, variety acts - you name it! Family friendly acts of all variety are welcome and all ages are encouraged to participate! Winners will be decided by judge's and viewer’s choice during the live-streamed show on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 at 7:00 pm. 

First place prize: $1,000; Second place prize: $500; Third place prize: $250!

Contestants will need to fundraise an entry fee to enter the show. Entry fees for individuals:  $250 for an individual adult and $100 for an individual kid under 18.  Entry fees for groups:  $1,000 for teams of 4 or more adults and $400 for teams of 4 or more kids under 18.

Sponsoring Raise the WOOF allows us to meet our event fundraising goal and rescue, rehabilitate and find forever homes for every dog and cat who comes through our doors. It also helps fund our humane education programs, inspiring the next generation of animal welfare advocates and responsible pet owners.

Watch the show live on Friday, June 3rd at 7:00 pm! RSVP for free or purchase a VIP ticket. VIP tickets are available for $150 (includes delivery of your choice of North Country Charcuterie Kit or Vegancuts Snack Favorites Box). All proceeds will go toward our Medical Fund, which provides critical veterinary care and lifesaving emergency services for vulnerable pets.
