Saint Louis Area Shelter Slumber Pawty

In 2017, a shelter in the Saint Louis metro area, Gateway Pet Guardians decided to fill their kennels (with humans) in an effort to raise awareness and money for their mission to end homelessness for animals.  Volunteers and staff raised over $30,000 at the end of the 24 hour Shelter Slumber Pawty.  

In 2018, partner organization, Belleville Area Humane Society joined the Pawty and combined raised over $50,000 for community pets.  

Because of the wild success of this event, 15 shelters from the Saint Louis Petlover Coalition have come together for the 2019 Saint Louis Area Shelter Slumber Pawty!  Over 200 staff and volunteers will be crawling into kennels with adoptable dogs and cats for 24 hours to show the world what it's like to be a shelter pet!  We are looking for your support to help us make a TREMENDOUS IMPACT on animals in the Saint Louis area!
