Talk It Out, Walk It Out, presented by Remembering Cherubs in partnership with The Wright Museum, is an annual fundraiser and event to raise awareness of the health disparities impacting Black women. This isn’t just any walk; it’s a movement that connects this beautiful community to resources, services, and each other. Picture free mental health therapy scholarships and holistic workshops, plus shopping an all-Black marketplace and connecting over delicious food. It’s all happening at the Talk It Out, Walk It Out.
Mark your calendar for Sunday, August 4, 2024, at the Charles H. Wright Museum for a brief walk around the museum grounds, followed by a full lineup of engaging activities. Admission is free! Whether you attend solo or with friends, every step and dollar counts towards supporting Black women’s health. Pull up with your lawn chairs, yoga mats, and blankets, and make a day of it! (This is a rain or shine event)
