Lifeline-connect is a Christian faith-based solution to life-controlling drug and alcohol addictions. Our mission is to help men rebuild their lives emotionally, financially, physically, socially and spiritually. This residential recovery center provides a healthy and stable environment where men are able to focus on their recovery and receive the community support they need.
We recently launched a fundraising effort to secure the cost of the annual operating budget for 2015, which is approximately $108,000. Through donations, pledges and monthly commitments we are off to a great start. With your help we can meet or even exceed our goal.
Recently, an anonymous donor stepped forward with an offer to match funds for the next 30 days (through 01/10/15), up to $55,000. Example: a donation of $1000.00 would become $2000.00 with the donor's matching funds.
We asked this anonymous donor to explain why they were so passionate about contributing to Lifeline-connect and they wrote us a beautiful letter telling of their own personal trials with addiction.
"I do not know a single person who has not been touched in some way by addiction. I give to Lifeline-connect because they change lives and not just habits. They don’t just give their love; they teach God’s love, which the addict so desperately needs."
