In May, a team of students from Gordon college will be traveling to Tijuana, Mexico where we will be serving alongside La Casa de la Esperanza, a ministry that Gordon has partnered with for over 20 years. La Casa, or House of Hope, is a Christian orphanage that is home to approximately 50 kids between the ages of 3 and 18. While there, we will be coming alongside the staff in an effort to mutually encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ. Some of the things we will be doing to help them out are running a VBS program for the kids, helping out with service projects around the complex, and building meaningful relationships with the kids and staff of La Casa. In all that we do, we will seek to glorify God by being His hands and feet in that place and loving His children with Christ’s love.
