The King Harbor Youth Foundation strives to provide access to the sport of sailing to local girls and boys of all backgrounds, in order to build self-esteem, teamwork and a respect for the environment.

We want sailing to be fun, instructional, and most of all, accessbile. Why? We think sailing is a wonderful sport to teach children the life skills that will help them in adulthood: responsibility, accountability, teamwork, decision making, confidence, and a respect for the world around them.

But in order to make sailing accessible to all children, we need your help. Your donation will help fund our Summer Sailing & year-round Learn to Sail program, our Junior and High School race teams, and our outreach program, New Channels.

By supporting KHYF,

*You will ensure that our children are provided with high quality instruction on safe, effective equipment.

*You will ensure that our program fees stay low enough that sailing remains financially accessible.

*You will ensure that we can provide the quality coaching that allows the kids to reach their full potential.

*You will help our New Channels students have a positive introduction to the ocean and help them realize the natural resources that are available to them.

Because of donors like you, the King Harbor Youth Foundation has been able to achieve its goals since 1982. Thank you for helping KHYF realize our mission.
