TSSC Annual Vertical Challenge

Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club is conducting a fundraising event on 2/23/19 - Ski & Board-a-thon, Vertical Challenge.

Membership dues cover only about 25% of the cost to run the Club. In an effort to keep our costs from rising for our members (currently on snow training is at $8/hour on average!!), we run a host of different fund raisers annually from Flank Steak & Pizza booths at Blues & Brews and Bluegrass, to our Annual Golf Tournament to the Ski & Board-a-thon among a dozen other smaller campaigns throughout the year.

At Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club, our coaches work with athletes of all ages to improve their proficiency in athletics, and to develop life skills. These coaches teach techniques, endurance, and how to succeed in competitive athletics. Along with good techniques, the coaches help teach self-discipline, good sportsmanship, and the value of staying physically active. As the children progress through different levels of competition they learn that with hard work they can successfully reach their goals.

Our team’s fundraising goal is $15,000.00 . Your support of this goal will provide myself and others an opportunity to be successful in a fun, family friendly form of athletics, and become a positive asset to our community. Your donation will help our organization to provide a standard in excellence to our members.

On 02/23/19, our athletes will ski all day to see who can amass the most vertical feet in one day!  Athletes ski anywhere from 5k - 19k in a day depending on their age ... and all in costume just to make it even more fun! You can donate by vertical foot skied or by flat pledge.

Prizes will be for most vertical feet skied in a day, best costume and best fundraisers.  

First Place Fundraiser  = Full Scholarship on 2019-2020 TSSC Dues

2nd Place Fundraiser = $500 coupon toward 2019-2020 TSSC Dues

3rd Place Fundraiser = TSSC logo gear hoodie
