Walk for the Horn is an extreme long-distance charity walk that raises funding and awareness for unaccompanied minors in several Eritrean refugee camps within Ethiopia. Past donations have gone toward shoe purchases for the children and a library construction project.

This is the third Walk for the Horn. The route is 34 miles from Drake University to Iowa State University. It will occur on April 17th, 2016.

Your donations make a direct impact in the lives of refugee children that have no family support in the refugee camps. Our goal this year is to raise $1,500, but we hope to surpass that goal!

All funding goes to the Blue River - Kansas City Baptist Association, through which the projects are carried out in Ethiopia.
