You can help your school by reading! The read-a-thon lets you raise money for the school by doing something you have to do anyway. (it's reading!) will you help?
How the Read-a-Thon Works
Invite family and friends to sponsor you by pledging to donate an amount of their choosing on your very own Read-a-thon page! Log ALL minutes read between Feb. 10th and March 2nd, then post about it on your read-a-thon page! Remember that all minutes read count- whether they are minutes being read to, in class, for homework or for fun.
Prizes! Prizes! Prizes!
• Certificates of Achievement: Everyone who participates will receive an individual achievement certificate.
• Gift Cards: Books, Free Zumba class, Make-up makeover session, Gift certificate to Vinnies, and MORE!
• Pizza Parties. All participating K-3G classes win pizza parties! 4G-8G Humanities classrooms with highest participation win pizza parties! (Get your friends to read too!)
• Books for your classroom libraries! More minutes = more books for your class!
