On 1st November, our Nuevas Esperanzas family will be 15 years old. First off, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been involved with us over these years. Whether through volunteering, eating Nica Nectar honey or supporting water tank construction, you have made a real difference to so many lives on Telica.
This is a huge milestone and we want to mark the occasion by reaching out to all of you who have known Nuevas Esperanzas during these 15 years. We are looking for volunteers who would step outside the zoom frame and take on sponsored activities to raise much-needed funds to continue our service to the families on the Telica volcano. Perhaps you are a runner, a reader or a crafts-person? While many activities may not be possible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are sure we can count on your creativity to do something amazing for a good cause and be supported by family and friends. Not sure what to do? Send us an email and we can think of something together!

And to inaugurate the campaign, our Director is committing to run up to 15 km, 1 km per hundred dollars raised! Hes not a runner at all, so lets show him some encouragement and support on his fundraising page:
