May is the Month of the Military Spouse: a time to honor the strength, sacrifice, and quiet leadership of the spouses who hold our military families together.
Every day, military spouses navigate uncertainty, frequent moves, career interruptions, and the weight of supporting a loved one in uniform. And still, they rise. They lead, advocate, volunteer, and build community wherever the military sends them.
With your donation, your generosity helps make that possible.
When you give to MSAN, you’re not just supporting a program, you’re investing in a spouse’s future. You’re helping them build careers, gain confidence, and step into leadership roles that strengthen their families and the communities around them.
MSAN’s programs are designed to help remove the professional barriers military spouses face and replace them with opportunity. Because of donors like you, spouses gain access to:
Education & Career Advocates who guide them through job searches, career transitions, and professional development.
Resume Writing and Scholarship Search Tools in the Mentorship HUB that help spouses compete in the workforce and pursue degrees with fewer financial barriers.
Leadership Development Programs that build the skills employers value most: communication, ethical decision-making, crisis leadership, resilience, and strengths-based management.
Mentorship and Community Support that reduce isolation and help spouses build the networks essential for career mobility.
These programs don’t just inspire confidence, they create real, measurable momentum. Spouses with MSAN have clearer goals, stronger resumes, new credentials, and the leadership capacity to excel in workplaces, volunteer roles, and community organizations.
In 2025, your support helped MSAN reach more than 10,000 military spouses through mentorship, community outreach, and leadership education. You made it possible for spouses to receive free leadership training, including:
140 graduates of the Emerging Leaders Program
99 graduates of the Leadership Development Program
37 spouses who strengthened their resilience through the Mental Wellness Program
36 spouses who grew as ethical, values‑driven leaders through Ethical Leadership
That’s 311 military spouses who stepped into their next chapter with new skills, new confidence, and new professional opportunities. Additionally, more than 3,000 spouses had access to our career and scholarship tools in the HUB; thus, taking real steps toward employment, advancement, and long‑term stability.
Your giving makes an impact. You help military spouses build careers, strengthen their families, and lead with purpose…today and for years to come.
