Of the many runners participating in the 2027 Life Time Miami Marathon® on January 31, 2027, a portion will be representing Miami SCORES! Our 2027 Miami SCORES Marathon team members will have the opportunity to participate in the full or half marathon and raise funds for Miami SCORES.
America SCORES is North America’s largest free soccer and literacy program, serving 20,000+ Title I students annually across 13 cities, and is an official legacy program of the 1994 FIFA Men's World Cup and a Community Partner of the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup. Our Miami chapter, Miami SCORES, partners with Miami-Dade County Public Schools in Liberty City and Little Haiti to provide free, daily after-school programs that integrate soccer, poetry, and service-learning into a cohesive whole-child program.
At the moment, Miami SCORES operates in 6 MDCPS Title I elementary schools— Charles R. Drew, Earlington Heights, Jessie J. McCrary, Kelsey L. Pharr, Liberty City Elementary, and Orchard Villa.
