Douglas Arc

Our mission is to support and involve people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in the community.

We have two grounds maintenance crews which go into the community and do grounds work for individuals. The crew earns a paycheck.
We have a contract to prepare and deliver Home Deliver Meals to Seniors in the Douglas and Bisbee area. The workers earn a paycheck.
We have a thrift store which ours guys learn how to hang clothes and stock shelves while earning a paycheck.
