Our Mission:

Our mission is to reduce physical and mental stress for individuals by enhancing self-awareness and mindfulness. We achieve this through a multi-faceted approach, incorporating mental health first aid training, restorative practices, and holistic art-inspired healing techniques.

Since 2019, we have grown from grassroots healing experiences into a trusted community organization reaching 15,000+ children, educators, families, and community members through restorative wellness spaces, youth development, arts-based healing, Mental Health First Aid, restorative practices, professional development, and community wellness experiences.

Our work creates impact at multiple levels, helping individuals develop tools for emotional well-being while equipping schools and communities with spaces, training, resources, and practices designed to create lasting change.
