The inspiration behind the Jack Duncan Rhodes Foundation came into reality in 2012 after the suicide death of Jack Duncan Rhodes whom the foundation was named after. Our mission is to raise awareness around mental health issues through education and support for individuals. With your support we have launched Jack's Place Youth Counseling Center. A no cost counseling center for youth in the Panhandle of Texas. www.jacks-place.org.
