Silent Sentinel Foundation

To function as a social and professional organization established to enhance morale, esprit de corps, and cooperation between members of the San Angelo community, Goodfellow Air Force Base, and Soldiers of the 344th Military Intelligence Battalion. The Sentinel Foundation will assist Soldiers and their Families in times of need, and organize special projects to encourage community involvement by Soldiers, DA Civilians, Contractors

We are a 501 (c) (19) non-profit, private organization established on Goodfellow AFB in 2014. Our primary focus is improving the quality of life for Soldiers on Goodfellow AFB, all donations go to support the 344th MI Battalion. This year we are raising funds to support the Army Birthday Ball and other events for Soldiers on Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Some of the other base activities that we support include 17th Training Wing events, the annual trunk or treats, Winter Exodus, and special events like the Army vs Navy Game. In the community, we sponsor the annual Armydillo Run and work with other Veterans organizations to improve awareness and support for Veterans within the community.

Our immediate goal is to help offset the cost of the Army Birthday Ball on 17 June 2022 to allow maximum participation and reduce the burden on families to attend. We believe this is a key event in promoting the Army's heritage and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
