For Providers By Providers is a nonprofit organization established in 2020 led by Louisiana's leaders in Early Care and Education (ECE), who champion Louisiana's Type III Early Learning Centers and Family Child Care Homes, with the mission to empower childcare providers by enhancing the quality of Early Care and Education through policy advocacy, professional and leadership development, wealth building, business acumen, and networking. to expand our impact and financial sustainability. 4PXP is the only provider lead organization that works for providers. Building sustainable early care by strengthening providers' leadership, growth, and impact. For us, by us. Nothing about us, without us.

Our work is guided by our five pillars:
• EDUCATE our ECE providers on key issues impacting our industry and provide support to improve & expand their business.
• EMPOWER ECE providers to build a strong advocacy voice on issues impacting their industry and communities.
• COLLABORATE to build a strong community that collectively educates and advocates for access to high-quality early care and education.
• ADVOCATE by supporting local, state, & federal efforts impacting our communities as funding, wraparound services for families, and workforce retention and shortages.
• OUTCOMES improve the collaboration, sustainability, and collective power for ECE providers.
