A Giving Heart Project, Inc. (AGHP) is a grassroots nonprofit organization that serves those who are homeless and at risk for homelessness in the Charlotte, NC area. AGHP uses a multifaceted approach to prevent homelessness by providing basic essentials, case management, and education to those in need. We serve as a pillar in the community for those facing homelessness through a network of strategic partnerships, linking our clients to all the resources they need to make sustainable progress. AGHP provides basic necessities, case management, and prevention education to people experiencing or at risk for homelessness to bridge the gap from surviving to thriving long-term.
