A Twist of Faith Outreach is a Christ-centered nonprofit equipping young mothers and youth in Southern Dallas to heal, grow, and thrive. Through discipleship, mentorship, and holistic support, we walk with families from crisis to stability, breaking cycles of poverty and building legacies of faith.

Our Programs:

EmpowerHER

EmpowerHER is our discipleship and coaching pathway for young mothers. We equip women with faith, tools, and support to overcome barriers, build stability, and pursue their God-given purpose. Through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, wellness support, and transitional housing options (Jireh’s House of Purpose), EmpowerHER helps mothers move from crisis to stability.

Faith in Action (Community of Practice)

Faith in Action is our Christ-centered Community of Practice uniting churches, nonprofits, schools, and partners to serve families and youth together. Through leadership development, outreach initiatives, and collaborative service events, we strengthen organizations and meet community needs. Faith in Action initiatives include community resource navigation, youth mentorship partnerships (such as InspireHER with Girl Scouts), and service collaborations across Southern Dallas and beyond.

Needs

Your gift today helps us provide discipleship and coaching for young mothers through EmpowerHER, along with wellness support and housing options for those in crisis. It also fuels Faith in Action initiatives: mentorship for girls, youth enrichment partnerships, and Community Health Ministry that connects families and unhoused neighbors to vital resources, advocacy, and clinical services.

Together, we ensure no young mother, child, or family in Southern Dallas has to walk alone.
