Artist Presentation Society

A competition is held annually for vocalists, pianists, solo instrumentalists and chamber ensembles - for artists to age 30 (35 for vocalists)
Winners are given public recital performance opportunities in the early stages of their careers as well as a substantial monetary award.
In this way, Artist Presentation Society makes classical music more accessible to the public, particularly to the younger generation.

Artist Presentation Society boasts a stellar history of showcasing highly accomplished young classical musical artists. In addition to presenting outstanding recitals to our St. Louis audiences, APS collaborates with other cultural organizations in order to recognize and promote talented musicians and to make classical music more accessible, particularly to the younger generation. We collaborate with the Community Music School and host a competition for their young artists (age 13-18) every other year. Winners receive a monetary award and a joint public recital.
